fulfilment of its commitments to protect the environment from pollution as early as 2004, GOTMAR became one of the main shareholders and co-founders of the country\u2019s first Ecopack Bulgaria AD organization for recycling of packaging waste.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, GOTMAR\u2019s Management is committed to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strict observation of national legal and statutory documents for environmental protection.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous evaluation of the environmental impact on products and used technological processes in the form of monitoring, analysis, control and improvement of the use of natural resources, energy, raw materials and materials, emission and waste generation.<\/li>\n<li>The production processes we use in our company do not generate GHGs and CO2 emissions.<\/li>\n<li>Improvement of current technological processes and implementation of new environmentally friendly processes for reducing the adverse impact on the environment while preserving high production quality and improving company image.<\/li>\n<li>Increasing personnel motivation, formation of corporate awareness, training and qualification, improving work safety conditions, understanding environmental impacts and activities of every employee.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation and observation of environment management system pursuant to the requirements of the standard ISO 14001:2004.<\/li>\n<li>Creating a permanent monetary fund from GOTMAR\u2019s annual profit to finance projects and programs for environmental improvement and for reduction of the harmful effects of company operations.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and taking measures to reduce the risk of damages, emergencies and environment pollution as well as actions to remove adverse impact on the
